The assessment & issuing of National Qualifications is subject to a strict moderation policy to ensure free and fair assessment. As part of our moderation policy, we require you to fill in this questionnaire so that we can process your qualification. This is purely an evaluation questionnaire and does not affect the outcome of your assessment, although your feedback is essential in order to issue your certification.
